    Entrepreneurship

The Vaudreuil-Soulanges region has more than 10,000 self-employed workers and micro-businesses. In view of this effervescence, Réseaux offers several assistance and support services to self-employed workers and other types of entrepreneurs.

Two components can meet the needs of self-employed workers and entrepreneurs: business start-up training and mentoring. These services are adapted to the needs of these entrepreneurs to help them achieve their goals.

Reach your full potential with a mentorship! The mentorship for entrepreneurs is a free coaching relationship based on trust and mutual respect. The mentorship allows the entrepreneur to develop their skills while giving them the space needed to better evaluate their options and make their own decisions. The mentor shares their experience, knowledge, wisdom, and expertise as an entrepreneur.

    The challenge

Starting a business takes a healthy dose of bravery, tenacity, and preparation. The entrepreneur needs to take a hands-on approach to all aspects of their business. And since no one is an expert in every field, it’s important to have support.

    70%

According to international sources, 70% of entrepreneurs who follow a mentorship program make it past the famous five-year mark—twice as many as entrepreneurs who did not have a mentor.
